Jason Kander Thinks OTHERS Are Climbing The Ladder Too Quickly

At an event yesterday, Missouri liberal Democrat Jason Kander said:

“We don’t send senators to Washington so that they can climb the leadership ladder of their political party as fast as possible…”

Oh, really? Kander, who pledged in 2013 that he would seek reelection as Missouri’s Secretary of State, is now bypassing that plan for a chance to climb the political ladder.

Meanwhile, immediately following Kander’s announcement he was running for Senate, the Kansas City Star openly asked why Kander, who is 33, was in such a hurry to get to Washington. Earlier this month, that same paper cited descriptions of Kander as “extraordinarily ambitious.”

Kander’s ambition must be blinding him to the fact that he is the very thing he’s criticizing.
