Hillary Clinton Resets Her Campaign For The FOURTH TIME

With the passing of Labor Day, the fall campaign season has officially begun, which seems to be the perfect time for Hillary Clinton to reset her campaign for the fourth time since announcing her candidacy in April.

According to The New York Times report:

They want to show her humor. The self-effacing kind (“The hair is real, the color isn’t,” she said of her blond bob recently, taking note of Mr. Trump) has played better than her sarcastic retorts, such as when she asked if wiping a computer server was done “with a cloth.”

They want to show her heart, like the time she comforted former drug addicts in a school meeting room in New Hampshire.

And, to soothe Democrats uneasy about her shaky poll numbers, they want her to relentlessly contrast herself with Republicans, saying she is at her best when showing willingness to do battle.

Many people find Clinton’s fourth reset rather amusing; MSNBC’s Morning Joe panel mocked it relentlessly:

CNN’s Jeff Zeleny:

NBC:

ABC:

And former Obama aide and Democratic strategist David Axelrod is less than impressed with Clinton’s most resent reset, tweeting:

With Clinton making appearance on ABC’s World News Tonight this evening, The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Thursday, and the Tonight Show on September 16, 2015. It appears this most recent reset will be more comical than substantive.

A timeline of Hillary Clinton’s campaign resets:

Clinton launched her campaign on April 12, 2015.

On June 13, 2015, after 8 disastrous weeks, Clinton’s campaign decided to re-launch her campaign with a speech on Roosevelt Island in New York City.

Clinton’s second reset came at the start of August, when Clinton’s campaign released two ads and announced it would begin a five-week, $2 million ad buy in Iowa and New Hampshire.

And the third reset occurred when Clinton decided to compare Republicans to “terrorists.” The blowback to these outrageous comments was swift and devastating — so much so that she was forced to abandon her “reset” strategy within 24 hours.
