Today, failed 2014 Iowa Democrat Pat Murphy announced he is planning to run again for the 1st District in 2016. But on his launch day, he’s having trouble with his website. The Des Moines Register’s Jennifer Jacobs reported that Murphy’s Twitter biography linked to a website which advertises same-day loans in Japanese.
