Clinton Gets Red Carpet Treatment Boarding Private Jet In New Hampshire

After a day of bruising headlines about her dodging questions about the Keystone XL pipeline, Hillary Clinton literally got the red carpet treatment as she boarded her private jet departing New Hampshire this afternoon.

Today the Clinton campaign, in response to yesterday’s private jet video, pledged to go “carbon neutral” (but don’t ask them how—they don’t know). More importantly, how many carbon credits will this flight be costing Hillary For America?

Just as a friendly reminder, Clinton drove to New Hampshire for her first visit.

It wasn’t that long ago that the Clinton campaign made grand pledges of penny-pinching, but that campaign is nearly unrecognizable today:

Washington Post: This time, Clinton is running as a warrior for the middle class and trying to dispel the image of privilege acquired as first lady, senator and secretary of state. Clinton is flying commercial most of the time, albeit in first class, and she’s been spotted on Amtrak. (6/9/15)

Seems like old habits die hard.
