Politico‘s Manu Raju summed it up nicely on MSNBC with Luke Russert. Sestak doesn’t know how to run the type of modern campaign needed to win in Pennsylvania. Instead of doing what needs to be done to win, Sestak has been busy playing “Forrest Gump” walking all over the place for no real reason at all.
