Multiple outlets are reporting that Hillary Clinton is driving from New York to Iowa. One can imagine this is a calculation of the Clinton campaign to avoid another pesky story about Clinton’s penchant for insisting on private charter jets—she spent more than $19 million in her failed 2008 bid alone.
So while Clinton may be traveling in a van to Iowa, there’s one thing we know for sure—she isn’t driving. The last time she drove a car was in 1996… just like all of the “everyday Americans” she talked about in her video, right?
