This morning, Joe Sestak announced that he’s running for the seat he failed to win in 2010. In true Sestak fashion, his announcement failed miserably.
The Sestak campaign thought his announcement would be the perfect time to take their website down for “scheduled maintenance.” This was undoubtedly a tough political choice to make, but hey, the website has to get maintained at some point!
Additionally, the livestream the campaign set up failed completely.
The response on Twitter was swift and unforgiving:
It's hard to talk about anything but the shoes when the livestream doesn't work and the website is password protected

You'd think @JoeSestak would have his campaign website up and running on the day he announced. #pasen pic.twitter.com/pAQuRTwoXv

Lotta Pa Dems worry if Sestak can pull together a professional operation. This, on day of his announcment, won't help http://t.co/Bq1zc7ZuyN
