So, about that convenience argument…
The Associated Press reported this morning that Hillary Clinton used an iPad to email staff while Secretary of State “despite her explanation she exclusively used a personal email address on a homebrew server so that she could carry a single device…”
The AP provides Clinton’s explanation:
Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill said early Tuesday that the secretary used her iPad from time to time, primarily to read news clippings.
Regardless of what it was used for, Clinton lied to a room full of reporters and the American people when she said she used one device for “convenience” when she knowingly was using multiple devices.
The “convenience” excuse was always paper thin, but today’s report reveals it was really an outright lie.
