Last night, Mark Udall stood by the administration’s “absurd,” “laughable,” and “embarrassing” delay on the Keystone XL pipeline.
Udall claims we need to wait for the State Department to review the environmental impact of the pipeline, but the State Department has already said numerous times that Keystone would have a limited impact on emissions.
So does anyone know what Udall is talking about?
