Kay Hagan had no interest in sticking around to talk to reporters after Thursday’s North Carolina Senate debate. However on Tuesday night, Hagan held a press conference after that night’s debate to explain why it was more important for her to attend a ritzy New York City fundraiser than attend an Armed Services committee hearing about the growing threat of ISIS.
