Everyone has heard it countless times. The 2013 Lie of the Year: “If you like your health care plan, you can keep it.” With the onset of ObamaCare, millions of Americans know that’s just not true.
But apparently Tim Bishop is not among those millions. The New York Congressman still has this on his Congressional website:
A central feature of reform will be preserving the freedom to choose what works best for you and your family—if you like your doctor, keep your doctor. If you like your current plan, keep your current plan.
Republican Lee Zeldin pointed out that the Lie of the Year has no business being on Bishop’s website at last night’s NY-01 debate. Bishop’s only response? “I’ll take that into consideration.”
