Last night, Michelle Nunn was asked directly about two Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) complaints that she identified in her internal campaign memo as vulnerabilities. Nunn refused to release any information about the complaints.
Meanwhile, Nunn and her outside group allies are hypocritically flooding the airwaves with attack ads on discrimination complaints. Oh, the irony!
According to a FOIA with the commission, the EEOC cannot release any information about potential discrimination complaints due to confidentiality purposes. That means it’s up to Michelle Nunn to be open and transparent with Georgia voters about the EEOC complaints filed against her. Will she?
