This month, Michael Bloomberg’s Independence USA PAC purchased over $150,000 in television ads in an effort to defeat the pro gun-rights Milwaukee County Sheriff in the Democrat primary. It was his first purchase of TV time in a local race this year.
But once again, Bloomberg’s money couldn’t buy an election.
The voters of Milwaukee handed Bloomberg another loss to his record. Add this loss to: Colorado, where Bloomberg was defeated not once, but twice; the 23 cities across the U.S. where voters rejected Bloomberg’s gun control mayors; and Virginia, where Bloomberg lost 65 of 67 delegate races to the NRA.
With a win/loss record like this, even the Mets wouldn’t be envious of Bloomberg.
