California Highway Patrol arrested Democrat State Sen. Ben Hueso early this morning in Sacramento for DUI. The Sacramento Bee reported Hueso was took part in a Latino Caucus dinner Thursday evening. He was arrested at 2:39 a.m. today and was booked with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher at 3:27 a.m. Hueso is a strong supporter of Scott Peters, a gay-bashing Democrat Congressman from San Diego:
