Natalie Tennant again dodged the question of whether or not she would have voted for ObamaCare by using the ridiculous excuse that she can’t say because she wasn’t there. Tennant has dodged this question multiple times, and it doesn’t look like she will give a straight answer to West Virginia voters any time soon.
