Mark Udall Changes His Mind, Decides He Would Like Obama’s Help

After President Obama’s State of the Union address in January 2014, Mark Udall would not say whether or not he wanted Obama to come out to Colorado to help out with his reelection.

But just yesterday, The Denver Post reported that Obama will be going to Denver to fundraise for Udall:

“President Barack Obama is coming to Denver July 9 to help raise money for U.S. Sen. Mark Udall’s re-election bid.

The president is the invited guest at a luncheon for the 2014 Colorado Victory Fund, a joint fundraising effort between the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and Udall for Colorado.”

Obama raising campaign cash is the least he can do for Udall . After all, Udall has been a loyal rubberstamp for Obama’s agenda: in 2013, Udall voted 99 percent of the time with Obama, he said he would vote for ObamaCare again, and he just announced that he would not vote for Keystone.
