In an interview today with WCNY’s Susan Arbetter, Sean Eldridge once again refused to say whether he would or would not support Nancy Pelosi to lead House Democrats if he is elected. Eldridge has twice before refused to tell voters about his support for Pelosi.
This has to hurt Pelosi’s feelings. According to Politico, Eldridge and Pelosi are “close friends,” while Pelosi’s campaign and PAC have donated $14,000 to Eldridge’s campaign. He has visited Pelosi’s Napa Valley home. Eldridge even likes Pelosi on Facebook.
It is time Eldridge comes clean with voters and says whether he supports Pelosi or not.
