Yesterday on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, former Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer said if the election were held today that Steve Daines would win the Senate race against John Walsh.
“Let’s get to John Walsh and the Senate race. If the election were held today, Steve Daines would probably win it.”
Schweitzer went on to say that if the Democratic primary were held today, “it would be too close to call.” Apparently Schweitzer is not as impressed with Walsh as Harry Reid, national Democrats, and the Montana Democratic Party, who all hand-picked Walsh to replace Max Baucus in the Senate.
