American Crossroads Launches $8.3 Million TV Ad Buy Featuring Small Business Owners

New TV ad will air in eight states for one week

WASHINGTON – American Crossroads today launched a new television ad that features interviews with two small business owners blasting President Obama’s “bad decisions” which have made it difficult for small businesses to create jobs.  Citing increased taxes, rising health care expenses, and burdensome regulations, the job creators effectively make the real-world case that President Obama is destroying small businesses – the engine of the U.S. economy.

The new 30-second ad, which is backed by an $8.3 million buy, will run in eight targeted states for one week.  Titled “Next,” the spot will run in the following states: Colorado, Florida, Iowa, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Nevada, Ohio and Virginia.

The ad can be viewed here:  Broadcast-quality versions are available upon request.

“With Barack Obama calling the shots in the White House, entrepreneurs feel threatened and admit they are uncertain of their ability to create jobs,” said American Crossroads director of state and regional media relations Nate Hodson.  “President Obama would rather make small business owners the enemy than take responsibility for mismanaging the economy over the last four years.”
